Description
Soudaseal Supertack is a high quality power adhesive with extreme initial grab. It is based on MS-Polymer®, chemically neutral and fully elastic. For bonding objects on horizontal or vertical surfaces where high adhesive strength with exceptional initial grab is required.

Extremely high initial grab; > 200 kg/m² (full surface bonding)

Directions for use
Method: Apply the adhesive by means of a caulking gun onto one surface in beads or dabs (every 15 cm. for panels). Always apply adhesive to the
edges and corners of panels. Press the surfaces together immediately and tamp down with a rubber hammer. Support may be required. The bond can
be loaded after 24-48 hours.
Application temperature: +1°C until +30°C
Clean: Uncured Soudaseal Supertack can be removed from tools and materials with White Spirit or Surface Cleaner. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.

Remarks
- When bonding, the pressure applied determines the final bonding
strength. The duration during which pressure is applied is
less important.
- Soudaseal Supertack may be overpainted with waterbased paints,
however due to the large number of paints and varnishes available we strongly suggest a compatibility test before application. The drying time of alkyd resin based paints may increase.
- Soudaseal Supertack can be applied to a wide variety of substrates. Due to the fact that specific substrates such as plastics, polycarbonate, etc, may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, a preliminary compatibilty test is recommended.
- Soudaseal Supertack should not be used for glazing applications
- Soudaseal Supertack can be used for adhering of natural stone, but it cannot be used a joint sealant. Soudaseal Supertack can therefore only be used on the bottom of natural stone tiles.
- When applying, make sure not to spill any sealant on the surface of materials.
